Care

Warranty
One year from delivery, covering manufacturing defects and plating quality issues. Normal wear, accidental damage and unauthorised alterations are excluded. Your statutory rights, including rights for faulty goods, are unaffected.
UK delivery
Standard delivery is £6. We prepare orders within 1–3 working days; standard delivery is estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote destinations and customs checks can take longer.

Returns
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Discounted purchases are included. You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Ordinary return postage is your responsibility; we cover return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
