UK Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to UK customers buying online from EMILIAZ LIMITED, trading as EMILIAZ. We are registered in the Republic of Ireland, company number 733168, at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Republic of Ireland. Contact info@emiliaz.com or support@emiliaz.com.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase contract is with EMILIAZ LIMITED. Nothing in these terms restricts your mandatory rights under UK consumer law.

Products and sizing

We describe products and show images as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Product descriptions, materials, measurements and the size selected form part of your purchase information. Check the individual product details and our ring size guide before ordering. Goods must still be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Prices and payment

UK prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any VAT charged by EMILIAZ is included in the displayed price. Delivery charges, discounts and the final amount payable to us are shown at checkout before you place your order. The price agreed for an accepted order will not change because we later change a price on the website.

For goods sent from Ireland to Great Britain, import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling charges not collected with your order may be payable separately. Northern Ireland has different rules for goods sent directly from Ireland. See our UK delivery policy and contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method and provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Placing an order

Review your items, quantities, sizes, delivery address and total before submitting an order. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We send confirmation of your order by email.

If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply. Once an order is accepted, we will honour the contract and your legal remedies. You can contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation; your statutory cancellation rights are not dependent on our ability to stop dispatch.

Delivery

Our UK delivery policy explains preparation, delivery estimates, services and charges. Preparation is normally 1–3 working days. Standard transit is estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch. We will deliver within the agreed period or, where no period is agreed, within the time required by consumer law.

For a delivery service we offer or arrange, the goods remain at our risk until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession. Contact us if goods are lost, damaged or delayed so we can investigate and provide any remedy due. Different legal rules can apply if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

You may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to return it. Our UK returns and warranty policy includes the cancellation form, return address in Ireland, costs, refund timing and limited cancellation exceptions. You arrange and pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

Your legal rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Our additional 12-month manufacturing warranty does not limit those rights. Direct voluntary exchanges are not offered; legal rights to replacement remain unaffected.

Your account and website use

Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Use the site lawfully and do not submit misleading information, infringe rights, introduce malware or interfere with its operation. We may take proportionate action to protect the service or prevent misuse without restricting existing purchase contracts or legal rights.

Content and reviews

Website branding and protected content belong to EMILIAZ or the relevant rights holder. You retain ownership of content you submit. If you submit a review or content for publication, you allow us to display and use it in connection with our products and services, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Only submit content you have the right to provide.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to limit.

We supply products for private consumer use. If you use them commercially, we are not responsible for business losses that fall outside the consumer contract, to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove any mandatory rights.

Privacy and external services

Our UK privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services may have their own terms; this does not release us or others from responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and applicable law

Email support@emiliaz.com with your order details and the problem so we can try to resolve it. Irish law governs these terms, but you keep the mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. You may use the courts available under applicable law, including your home courts where the law permits. We do not require confidential arbitration in Ireland.

Changes and contact details

We may update website terms for future purchases. The version applicable when you place an accepted order governs that order, except where a change is required by law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply without reducing your mandatory rights.
