Additional EMILIAZ warranty
One year from delivery for manufacturing defects, faulty clasps and plating issues caused by material or production faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and damage caused by alterations are excluded. Showering and swimming as permitted by our care guidance do not, by themselves, void this warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Delivery to Germany
Standard tracked shipping is €8.95, or free on orders of €80 or more. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated standard transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch; preparation time is additional. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Withdrawal and returns
Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your order, then send the items back within a further 14 days. Discounted purchases are included. You pay return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Earrings supplied sealed are excluded once the hygiene seal is broken, unless faulty. Conditions and other exclusions apply.
