Shipping and delivery to Germany

We dispatch orders from Ireland.

Preparation and delivery

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated standard transit to Germany is a further 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and do not limit your rights if delivery is delayed.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery to Germany costs €8.95. Standard delivery is free at an eligible order value of €80 or more after applicable discounts. The checkout confirms the qualifying amount and available options. Any separately offered express or carrier service has the price displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices shown for Germany include applicable VAT. Shipping charges and the complete order total are shown before you pay. Delivery from Ireland to Germany is an intra-EU shipment.

Tracking and delivery problems

We email tracking information after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates. Contact info@emiliaz.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. For consumer purchases, we generally bear the transit risk until the goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

Withdrawal and returns

Read our withdrawal, returns and warranty policy for the 14-day withdrawal period, further 14 days to send goods back, return costs and refund timing. Reduced prices do not remove statutory rights. Faulty or incorrect goods remain covered by applicable legal rights.

Withdraw from your contract: sign in with the email used for your order and the one-time code, select the order and use the available cancellation or return action, then confirm your request. You may also withdraw by email or letter; your statutory withdrawal does not require a reason or our prior approval. If an account action is unavailable, contact return@emiliaz.com.
