⏱️ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 working day. During launches, holidays, and promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.

📍 Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

💶 Customs & Duties

Orders delivered within Ireland and the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.

For UK orders shipped via our prepaid-duty service, EMILIAZ covers applicable import duties and taxes, so no additional customs charges will be due on delivery.

For all other international destinations, customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges may apply in line with local regulations. Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

🚨 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or shows no tracking updates for several days, please contact us at info@emiliaz.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EMILIAZ cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details, but we will always do our best to help.

Our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind. Wherever possible, materials are reusable or recyclable, reducing environmental impact without compromising on presentation.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Sale items are final sale.

To request a return, please contact info@emiliaz.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
