↩️ Returns & Warranty Policy

At EMILIAZ Jewellery, we are committed to high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return and warranty policy for up to one year from the date your item is received.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Important: If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, EMILIAZ may decline the return and return the item to you.


🛡️ One-Year Warranty

Your purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Tarnishing or plating issues caused by material faults

❌ Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorised third parties

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, email return@emiliaz.com with your name, order number, and a short description of the issue.


📧 How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Email return@emiliaz.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Contact information
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or warranty claim

We will reply with the return address and full instructions.

Important: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at return@emiliaz.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest method is to complete an approved return and place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email with your approval or rejection status.

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
