Shiping & Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Ireland: 1–3 business days via An Post.
- Europe: 3–5 business days via An Post or DHL Express.
- Rest of the World: 5–7 business days via An Post, DHL, or FedEx.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor its journey.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@emiliaz.com with your name and order number.
Our team will promptly investigate the delay with the carrier and ensure your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a one-year return and warranty policy from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that earrings, custom or personalised pieces, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and production reasons.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different product, simply return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Warranty & Care

- Although all pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, limiting exposure to harsh conditions will help maintain their 18K gold shine for years to come.

Yes — all EMILIAZ Jewellery pieces come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with clasps, plating, or material faults.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or alterations made by unauthorised parties.
If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at return@emiliaz.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly.
