Shopping from the United Kingdom? We dispatch from Dublin, Republic of Ireland, with UK prices and checkout charges shown in GBP.

Delivery at a glance

Preparation: 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Standard tracked delivery: currently £6; estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Free standard delivery: available on qualifying orders; checkout confirms eligibility and the final charge for your basket.
Express: where available, price and estimated transit appear at checkout. Preparation time is additional.

We email tracking when your order is dispatched. Services and timing depend on your destination. Great Britain and Northern Ireland have different rules for goods sent from Ireland; import-related charges not collected with your order may be payable for Great Britain deliveries. Changing your mind

Tell us within 14 days after the day your goods arrive, then send them back within a further 14 days. Sale purchases have the same cancellation rights. Email return@emiliaz.com with your order number and a clear cancellation statement; no reason is required.

Return to EMILIAZ Returns, Apt 38, 16 Kings Inn Street, Dublin 1, D01 WP86, Republic of Ireland. You pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

You may reasonably examine goods as in a shop. Limited exceptions may apply to personalised goods or genuinely hygiene-sensitive sealed items once unsealed; there is no blanket exclusion of all earrings or discounted items.

Refunds for cancelled goods orders are due without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods or, if earlier, evidence of return. Faults and warranty

Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate UK consumer remedies. Our additional 12-month manufacturing warranty does not limit those rights. Contact return@emiliaz.com with your order details and the problem.
