Shipping to Germany

Standard delivery is €8.95 and free from an eligible order value of €80 after discounts. Preparation takes 1–3 business days, followed by estimated standard transit of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Review available services and the total at checkout. Full shipping policy.

Withdrawal and returns

For consumer orders, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the last item; you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. No reason or prior approval is required. Reduced prices do not remove statutory rights. You pay direct return costs for a change of mind; we cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

Withdraw from your contract through your customer account, or email return@emiliaz.com. Sign in using your order email and one-time code, select your order and confirm the available return or cancellation request. You can also notify us by letter.
