Care
Follow the chosen model’s guidance. Wipe gently with a soft cloth, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately. Rinse suitable water-resistant pieces after swimming and dry gently.
Commercial warranty
One year from delivery for manufacturing defects and plating quality. Normal wear, accidental damage and unauthorised alterations are excluded from commercial cover. Applicable Canadian provincial rights and legal warranties remain unaffected.
Delivery to Canada
Tracked delivery from Ireland. Preparation normally takes 1–3 business days; delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance, remote destinations and carrier delays can take longer. Charges and free-delivery eligibility are displayed in CAD before payment.
Import taxes, duties and carrier clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless expressly included at checkout.
Voluntary returns
Notify us within 14 days of receipt, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Ordinary return postage to Dublin, Ireland is your responsibility. Contact us first about faulty or incorrect goods. Applicable Canadian provincial rights remain unaffected.
