Care and warranty

Help your jewellery stay at its best

Wipe jewellery with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately. Avoid perfume, lotions, cleaning products and abrasive surfaces. Remove jewellery before strenuous activity or prolonged water exposure. Follow the specific guidance for any pearls, stones, adhesives or plated details.

Our one-year commercial warranty covers manufacturing and material faults as described in the returns policy. It is additional to all applicable Canadian provincial and territorial rights. Québec legal protections concerning normal use and reasonable durability are not limited to one year.
