Jewellery, water and everyday care
Materials and water resistance vary by design. Discover how to check your piece’s details and care for the finishes you love.

Know your materials
Materials and finishes vary by design. Many pieces use 316L stainless steel; selected gold-plated finishes use 18K gold and PVD coating. Check each product’s description for its base metal, finish, stones and measurements.
Gold plating is a surface finish over a base metal, rather than solid gold. PVD means Physical Vapour Deposition, a process used to apply selected finishes. Our materials guide explains more.
Water and your particular piece
Before showering or swimming, check whether your model is suitable. Rinse water-resistant pieces with fresh water after sea or pool water, then dry gently with a soft cloth.
Everyday care
Friction, knocks, perfume and harsh chemicals can affect a finish. Gold plating can wear with use. Gentle cleaning and separate storage help look after your favourites.
- Follow the care information for the model.
- Rinse suitable pieces after swimming.
- Dry gently with a soft cloth.
- Avoid direct perfume sprays and harsh cleaning products.
- Store pieces separately to help prevent scratches and tangles.

Commercial warranty and your legal rights
Our one-year commercial warranty from delivery covers manufacturing defects and plating quality. Normal wear, accidental damage and unauthorised alterations are excluded from that commercial cover. Your rights under applicable Canadian provincial law remain unaffected.
