Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €60
  • Carrier: An Post
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 working days*

Rest of Europe

  • Flat Rate: €8.95 / £6.95
  • Free Shipping: Orders over €80 / £70
  • Carriers: An Post / DHL Express
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 working days**

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@emiliaz.com with your name and order number.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your EMILIAZ jewellery. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@emiliaz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@emiliaz.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
